Two editorial pieces shaped through structure and rhythm
The project brings together a personal portfolio book and an academic essay on Milton Glaser, each developed as a distinct printed piece with its own content, hierarchy and visual character.
The Challenge
The two publications needed to organise very different content clearly: portfolio projects and imagery in one, and extended written analysis in the other, while maintaining rhythm and consistency throughout.
The Approach
A structured grid, clear typographic hierarchy and deliberate pacing of text and imagery give each publication a clear reading rhythm while allowing the portfolio and essay to retain their own visual character.
